Many companies take applications through Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby. Each form still wants your resume, a cover letter and a set of questions. AI Apply fills out the form on the company's own careers site and submits it for you.
1.
Find a job on the Refer.me job board and click AI Apply.
2.
AI Apply writes a cover letter for that job from your resume and the job description.
3.
It uploads your resume, fills in the form on the company's careers site from your resume and the answers you saved, and submits it.
4.
Some Greenhouse sites email a security code before they accept an application. AI Apply reads it from your apply.refer.me inbox and enters it, then emails you how the application went.
Applications go out from your AI Apply address (first.last@apply.refer.me). Every email an employer sends there is forwarded to your own inbox.
Routine questions you haven't answered, such as whether you can work from the office or how you heard about the job, get an answer for you.
Questions about gender, race or disability get only the answers you saved. Without one, AI Apply picks the form's option to decline.
It applies only to the job you picked. A posting retitled under the same requisition still counts; a merely similar title never does.
If a careers site shows a CAPTCHA, AI Apply can't finish that application, and the job page tells you to apply on the company's site instead.
