How the agent works

Right after you request a referral, or from the job on your board while it’s Saved or Applied. That’s all you do to get it started.
The agent searches a licensed database of professionals for people at the company in roles close to the job, then uses AI to rank who is most likely to know the team and refer you. Recruiters, HR and executives are left out.
Pick a person and AI drafts a short email from your profile and the role. Every draft is checked so it only says what’s true about you and the job.
Edit anything you like. It opens in your Gmail with their work address and a link to refer you on ReferMe already in place.

Drafts use your name, title and experience and the role you want. Each one is checked so it never claims to know the person, their posts or a mutual friend.
Nothing goes out without you. You choose who to write to, edit every word, and send from your own Gmail: up to five a day, to keep your inbox in good standing.
Each person can be emailed once, ever. Only checked work addresses are used, and people who are already on ReferMe are never cold-emailed.
