The Farmer's Dog was created by two dog lovers to radically improve the $100 billion global pet food industry — starting with a subscription service that sends freshly-made food directly to customers' doors. 

Brett Podolsky's dog Jada suffered from severe stomach issues for the first two years of her life, before he tried home-cooking for her on the advice of a vet. Seemingly overnight, she was cured. Brett soon realized that the way pet food was being marketed was very different than the way it was made, so he teamed up with his friend, Jonathan Regev (and his dog, Buddy), to build the product they wished existed for their own dogs. 

Today, The Farmer's Dog has served hundreds of millions of meals nationwide through its personalized plans, delivering fresh, healthy food to dogs and peace of mind to their humans. <p>We’re in search of a Customer Care Ops Manager to join the Customer Care team at The Farmer’s Dog. The Ops Manager plays a key role in creating a high-performing Customer Care organization by developing leaders, strengthening advisor performance, and creating an environment where people can do their best work. <h2><strong>How You'll Make An Impact</strong></h2>

<li>Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for both technical and non-technical audiences that enable data-driven decision-making using BI tools.</li>
<li>Own the evals for reporting via our AI surfaces.</li>
<li>Validate data by reviewing sources, transformation logic, joins, calculations, business rules, and edge cases to ensure outputs are accurate and trusted.</li>
<li>Collaborate with key partners including Data Engineering, Analytics and Data Science to ensure data quality &amp; consistency across all source and channels.</li>
<li>Translate data insights into practical business recommendations, communicating what the data shows, what remains uncertain, and what to consider when making decisions.</li>
<li>Clarify stakeholder needs through thoughtful questioning and active listening to confirm requirements, surface assumptions, explain analytical choices, and keep stakeholders aligned as priorities evolve.</li>
<li>Iterate on analytical processes and reporting scalability by identifying opportunities to automate or redesign recurring analysis, data visualization and reporting.</li>
<li>Look for ways to continuously improve processes, finding ways to leverage technology, enabling the effective and appropriate usage of AI to thoughtfully &amp; strategically optimize the work.</li>
<li>Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and actionable manner.</li>
<li>Support the enhancement of analytics infrastructure, reporting processes, and making data analysis self-service for the organization.</li>

<li>You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or a related data-focused role.</li>
<li>You have advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining analytical and reporting solutions.</li>
<li>You are proficient in building dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, Looker and Omni, Sigma are a plus).</li>
<li>You have demonstrated experience working with relational databases, data modeling concepts, and data transformation processes.</li>
<li>You can distill complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.</li>
<li>You are able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, naturally curious and proactive self-starter, constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and solutions.</li>
