About the Role

We are looking for a people leader who can elevate and scale a well-established Workfront practice at Adobe. This is a mature, scaled competency covering implementation, consulting, architecture, and delivery, and the focus here is on raising the bar across all of it. The right person develops talent, embeds AI into how the team works, holds a high standard on delivery quality, and represents the practice with credibility to customers and senior stakeholders. If you are as energised by building people and culture as you are by driving efficiency and business impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of Workfront practitioners across implementation, consulting, and architecture, owning their performance, development, and career progression
  • Execute competency initiatives that keep the practice sharp on Workfront platform developments, AI automation, and content supply chain trends
  • Own the full competency cycle, defining skill frameworks, assessing proficiency gaps, and building targeted development plans to close them
  • Champion AI adoption across the practice, identifying opportunities to embed AI tools into delivery workflows, knowledge management, and day to day operations to drive measurable efficiency gains
  • Own delivery quality standards across the practice, establishing review mechanisms, feedback loops, and accountability structures that ensure consistently high customer outcomes
  • Drive delivery excellence through playbooks, best practices, and reusable frameworks that raise quality and consistency across every engagement
  • Act as a thought leader internally and externally, representing the Workfront practice in customer conversations, industry forums, and strategic initiatives
  • Partner with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to connect practice capabilities with market demand and commercial outcomes
  • Maintain awareness of delivery health, utilisation, and customer satisfaction metrics, escalating and course correcting where needed

What You Bring

  • 10 to 12 years overall with 4 to 5 years in people leadership or practice management within a consulting or services organisation
  • Background in enterprise technology consulting, work management platforms, or professional services, enough to lead a diverse technical practice with credibility
  • Proven experience managing performance, career development, and team culture at scale across mixed roles and seniority levels
  • Experience building or scaling skill frameworks and competency models within a mature practice
  • Track record of driving quality improvement and operational efficiency initiatives within a delivery or consulting organisation
  • Working knowledge of Workfront or similar work management platforms, deep expertise is not required but platform familiarity matters
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, both as a delivery accelerator and as a tool for competency building and talent development
  • Comfortable engaging at senior stakeholder and customer levels with strong executive communication skills
  • Exposure to Content Supply Chain or Martech is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required

Location

Bangalore preferred. Regular engagement with global stakeholders and occasional customer travel.
