About the Team:
Our Data team is the backbone of Aircall's decision-making process, driving product development and business growth with cutting-edge data & AI products, tools, and actionable insights. You'll join a collaborative team of data professionals, product managers, and GTM leaders. We value rigorous analysis, clear communication, and a bias toward shipping work that drives real business outcomes.
Specifically, the Data Science team is divided into two subteams: GTM Analytics and Product Analytics. You would work on one of those teams based on your past experience and/or current interests, which would inform who your primary stakeholders are: GTM Analytics works closely with leaders across sales, account management, support, marketing, while Product Analytics partners closely with product managers, engineers, and designers.
About the Role:
As a Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist, you will provide invaluable insights to our product and/or business teams. You'll support impactful initiatives including pricing, packaging, multi-product strategies, and self-service approaches. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Account Management to translate data needs into powerful solutions. You'll establish best practices in analytics and ensure high standards in data governance and insight generation. At the Senior level, you'll also mentor team members and help shape our analytics roadmap.
