Collaboration with Customers and the DC:

• Maintain continuous communication to ensure the smooth management of supply chains.
• Regularly update and share information within the company to keep all relevant departments informed and aligned.

This role requires strong organisational skills, data analysis proficiency, and a focus on continuous improvement to ensure efficient operations and cost optimisation.

1. Main point of contact for order management responsibilities for a designated region.

• Maximize Revenue, Reduce Delinquent Backlog, Sales Order to Cash, and Order Management process
• Order Management process steps from order entry through to delivery shipment of product to customer.
• Efficient use of database and reports, NetSuite & warehouse reports.
• Individual actions and collaboration with; Export Compliance, delivery date Maintenance, Customer Quality and the returns processes.

1. Management of booked customer orders execution; Scheduled Ship Dates

• Maintain and manage list of Orders that have risk to on time delivery.
• Reason out and understand order / shipment issues, and resolve.
• Timely and clear communication and follow through from issue identification to closure.
• Export requirements working knowledge.

1. Communicate clearly with sales, the customer, warehouse, sales team members, Customers, logistics partners and across Order Management.

• Has good problem-solving skills; statement of problem, identification of given facts, root cause identification, potential solution & actions required.
• Project planning with sales team members & advance purchase to reduce lead times for unique inventory items.

1. Lead Order Management Coordinators in the region and manage OM activity during regional time zone as required.  Manage OM reporting as required.

New/expanded tasks

• Cover for OM Director as well as required to support and provide experience/knowledge on process and strategic points for OM and supply chain generally.
• Expanded - Daily DC management of orders for Venlo driving operations and control tower activity to maximise revenue and customer shipping requirements.
• Expanded - Vietnam DC – Managing EMEA shipments for consolidation shipping and maximising revenue
• Freight – additional activities ad-hoc support logistics team with EMEA transport queries as well as supporting and training of compliance role.  Support on UK trade compliance audits.
• Supporting Finance with auditing of internal/external requirements.
• Financial control – liaising with Finance on quarter end issues, weekly revenue review as well as revenue reporting for OM.
