Meet the Team

We are hiring an Engineering Project Specialist to drive Software Releases for the IOSXR Business Unit. You will play an integral role in tracking features and dependencies for IOSXR Releases and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Your Impact

As an Engineering Project Specialist, you will lead the development and continuous process improvements for software releases. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to:

• Project Execution: Ensure features are delivered on time and with the right quality.
• Problem Solving: Help teams resolve inter-dependencies.
• Collaboration: Establish relationships within your team and identify the right partners for cross-functional engagement.
• Reporting: Coordinate progress against established plans and report status to management.
• AI: Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency in tracking releases and automate report creation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent education and/or work experience in Project Management or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of qualifying education or professional experience specifically in Project Management or related fields.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, including delivering clear and effective messages to diverse audiences, with measurable feedback or improvement in stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of an engineering/technical domain for program management purposes.
• Knowledge and practical experience using AI tools in project management, including AI-powered project management software to automate scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking, resulting in measurable time savings.
• Proven record of bringing efficiency and raising productivity.
