Process Lead - Fresh Grocery, Philadelphia, #1463

Gopuff is seeking a Fresh Grocery Process Lead for our Operations team. Reporting to the Site Leader or Manager, you'll be a core part of the leadership team, responsible for getting fresh product received, picked, packed and loaded onto delivery trucks accurately, safely and on time. During your shift, you'll lead the performance and day-to-day work of the Fresh Grocery Operations Associates on both the inbound and outbound sides. The team's success relies on your ability to coach and motivate associates, with a focus on freshness, food safety and on-time truck departures. We put our customers first.

Customers turn to Gopuff to deliver their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine—and more and more of that is fresh: produce, meat, dairy, deli and frozen.
