We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our R&D group, and be responsible for planning, coordinating and leading activities across the full delivery lifecycle, to ensure successful deliveries.
To join us, you need to demonstrate the ability for hands-on leadership and ensure you can offer guidance and support, as well as assist developers at the code level.
As an R&D Team Leader at JFrog, you will...

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and bottlenecks, driving cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on time without compromising quality.
- Make key technical and strategic decisions to align engineering efforts with business impact.

- Delivery & Risk Management: A strong track record of managing complex software projects, hitting key milestones, and pre-emptively resolving technical challenges.
- Adaptability: A thriving mindset in a fast-paced, context-switching, and high-driven environment.
