This role ensures consistent application of ER policies and practices at all regional locations, including union and non-union environments. The Employee Relations Partner will maintain a frequent on-site presence, conduct proactive feedback sessions, and conduct hands-on investigations of concerns raised through anonymous reporting tools. The ideal candidate is a mobile, data-driven professional with deep ER and union experience, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to fostering a fair, transparent, and engaging work environment across diverse locations.
