The position contributes to the overall success of the organization by proactively managing all the grow facilities operations accounting tasks for Jushi and provides insight into the financials for the VP of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. The Senior Inventory Manager has supervisory responsibilities for all the regional team members. Primary responsibilities are ensuring accurate accounting for the grow facilities and drive standardization across all sites. The Operations Accounting function works with operations as well as the general accounting team to drive costing oversight, compliance and supports the analytics for manufacturing and retail inventory and cost of goods sold. The position will support the operational leadership for the Grow Processors and Retail operations by providing quality and timely financial data and by working as a business partner with the team to ensure accurate forecast and KPI information is used to drive results.
