The OPM bridges core product engineering teams with a broad spectrum of functional organizations — including Manufacturing Engineering, Hardware/Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance — as well as external manufacturing partners and suppliers. The OPM serves as the backbone of program execution, ensuring that engineering trade-offs, manufacturing constraints, and system-level dependencies are rigorously understood, communicated, and resolved across complex, high-priority initiatives that directly influence the success of innovative products in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
