Meta is seeking a Staff-level Engineering Product Configuration Manager to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) organization and lead product configuration strategy and governance across hardware and systems engineering programs. In this role, you will define and own the configuration management framework that ensures product integrity from early engineering development through mass production, spanning data center server hardware and infrastructure systems.

You will serve as the authoritative voice on engineering change management, bill of materials governance, and configuration baseline control, partnering closely with hardware engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management to ensure product definitions are accurate, controlled, and traceable at every stage of the product lifecycle.
