Role Summary As a Project Management Intern, you will support the global expansion team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to operationalization & entity management, working closely with the external service providers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and to work on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.

Location – Gurgaon-India Full time - Onsite Duration: 6 Months What you’ll do – Entity Operationalization: · Support the team in tasks related to establishing and operationalizing entities in new countries · Coordinate with legal, compliance, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth completion of entity setup projects Documentation and Reporting:   · Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and performance metrics of the team · Prepare regular reports summarizing project achievements, challenges, and future milestones · Own performance metrics of the service providers and present the results using an insightful dashboard   Quality Assurance: · Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality results from service providers · Collaborate with service providers to address any issues or discrepancies affecting project timelines and deliverables or BAUs · Understand internal stakeholders’ pain points to set correct expectations with the service providers for optimum results   Who you are –   · Current graduate in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. · Strong organizational and multitasking skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). · Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. · Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.   #LI-Onsite #LI-PS1  The Payoneer Ways of Working  Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further.  Do it.
