The world’s top brands use AppsFlyer to build great products, create exceptional experiences, and preserve customer privacy.

appsflyer

AppsFlyer is the global leader in mobile attribution and marketing analytics, empowering thousands of the world's leading apps and brands to make smarter growth decisions. For most of these brands, the website is just as important as the app: it's where many customers discover them, sign up and buy. Yet web measurement is still fragmented, built on last-click, cookies and siloed tools that don't connect to the rest of the customer journey. Our Web Attribution product brings AppsFlyer's trusted, independent measurement to the web.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead AppsFlyer's expansion from mobile to web. In this role, you will own Web Attribution end-to-end: how AppsFlyer measures the paid and owned channels that drive website conversions, from search and social to video, AI assistance, CTV and influencers, and how those results connect with app and other platforms into one view of the customer.
Join one of AppsFlyer's most strategic bets: bringing the market leader in mobile measurement to the web, in a small, fast-moving team with real visibility across R&D, data and customers.
Help leading global brands get independent, trusted web measurement, while shaping a brand-new product area from the ground up.
What you’ll do

Own the Web Attribution product end-to-end, from discovery and strategy to execution, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.

Define and drive the roadmap for web performance measurement: attribution of any channel to web conversions (clicks, views, CTV and more), multi-touch, web analytics and reporting, and ad network integrations and optimization postbacks.

Lead in a privacy-first world: build durable measurement as cookies, identifiers and browser rules keep changing, through first-party data, probabilistic and modeled approaches, and partner integrations.

Work closely with R&D (Backend, Frontend, Data Engineering, Data Science) to build scalable, high-performance measurement products.

Work with ad networks and platform partners to build and expand web integrations, bringing mobile-grade measurement to the web: granular, independent attribution and conversion data sent back to partners to power campaign optimization.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions and Marketing on positioning, competitive strategy, pricing and adoption, in a market with well-established competitors.

Engage directly with customers, from mobile-first brands to web-first ecommerce, fintech and subscription businesses, to validate direction and drive adoption.

Drive prioritization in a high-demand environment with multiple stakeholders and competing initiatives.

What you have

Passion to solve, build, and provide real value to your customers

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in data-heavy B2B SaaS environments.

Proven experience building and scaling measurement, analytics, or performance marketing products.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, interpret data, and use data to guide product decisions.

Experience working closely with engineering and data teams on complex, scalable systems.

Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to complex problem spaces.

Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally in large organizations.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex measurement concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Bonus points

Deep familiarity with the web measurement ecosystem: web analytics tools, tag managers, conversion APIs, and how the major ad platforms report web conversions.

Familiarity with attribution models, view-through and multi-touch attribution, incrementality, and privacy-related measurement challenges (cookie loss, browser restrictions, consent).

Experience with web-to-app, cross-device or cross-platform measurement.

Technical background in web development, analytics, data science, or engineering.

Senior Product Manager

AppsFlyer runs one of the industry's largest backend operations. Our platform processes 150+ billion daily app events, serving requests and powering analytics at a massive scale. Our Incrementality team builds the data foundation behind AppsFlyer's marketing experimentation platform. We help marketers understand what really works through large-scale A/B testing and advanced analytics. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who enjoys turning complex statistical and algorithmic logic into scalable, production-grade systems. You'll build and optimize the services that power our experimentation engine, ensure the reliability of the pipelines behind it, and work closely with data scientists and product managers to bring new capabilities to life.

What you’ll do

Develop end-to-end services and features, from gathering requirements and research to implementation, deployment, and monitoring.

Integrate and implement AI flows and solutions into the team and department.

Solve unique and yet unsolved industry problems at scale, even when faced with limited clarity on the optimal solution approach. Your ability to navigate and conquer such challenges will be highly valued.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Analysts, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers, working together to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your contributions will directly contribute to shaping the success of our products.

Dive deep into the analysis and optimization of performance, scalability, and stability across our product portfolio, as well as the environments and tools supporting them. Your insights and improvements will have a significant impact on ensuring our technological excellence.

Embrace a continuous learning mindset, constantly exploring and evaluating new technologies. This commitment to innovation ensures that our products and systems remain at the forefront of the industry, effortlessly adapting to the ever-growing scale of our operations.

Elevate your impact by mentoring others, leading projects, and advocating for engineering best practices within your team. Your influence will extend beyond your own work, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

What you have

B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of development experience with a passion for excellence.

Strong server-side skills with proven experience building services in large-scale production environments.

Strong programming fundamentals — clean, testable, production-grade code, with the judgment to know what deserves abstraction. Comfortable being polyglot: our extended-platforms backend is functional (Clojure, Go) and you get productive in an unfamiliar codebase rather than rewriting it.

Experience with AI concepts and tools, integrating AI workflows into backend systems.

Experience with large-scale production databases.

Experience working in public cloud environments (AWS is a strong advantage).

Solid system design/architecture skills and technological expertise.

A drive to get things done as part of a team, taking ownership and leading others where needed.

A passion for mentoring, setting an example for your peers, and driving continuous improvement in your team's ways of working.

Bonus points

A/B testing or marketing measurement exposure.

Familiarity with Big Data tools such as Scala, Spark, or data pipeline frameworks.

Senior Legal Counsel

As the IT Service Desk Team Leader at AppsFlyer, you will drive the end-to-end operation of our global Service Desk, managing our people, service quality, technical standards, and AI-driven support capabilities. Reporting directly to the Head of Global IT, you will guide a distributed group of Service Desk engineers spanning HQ/EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.
You will serve as the operational catalyst for our transition from traditional ticket queues to an AI-native ITSM framework. This modern model prioritizes higher self-service resolution, leverages a tightly governed knowledge base as a single source of truth for AI and employees alike, and integrates automated processes directly into daily workflows.
Operating as a true player-coach, you will mentor the team and evaluate service performance using clear metrics, while maintaining the technical expertise needed to handle complex escalations and help architect Tier-0 self-service solutions. Rather than simply managing incoming tickets, your success will be defined by eliminating repetitive tasks and sharpening the team's capabilities for high-value technical support.

What You'll Do

Lead and Develop the Team

Manage the global Service Desk team: hiring, onboarding, goal-setting, performance, coaching, and career development

Run follow-the-sun coverage across regions, including shift planning, on-call, and handoffs between HQ/EMEA, the Americas, and APAC

Build a culture of ownership, service quality, and continuous learning; level up engineers through pairing, technical reviews, and knowledge transfer

Define roles, responsibilities, and growth paths within the team so that technical and service ladders are explicit and understood

Represent the Service Desk to the wider IT organization, to leadership, and to business stakeholders

Own Service Operations and Outcomes

Own the Service Desk KPIs end to end: self-service rate, CSAT, time-to-fulfillment, SLA attainment, knowledge coverage and quality, and automation hours saved

Operate and continuously improve the ITSM platform: queues, workflows, request catalog, automation rules, and reporting

Own major incidents and VIP escalations end-to-end, including stakeholder communication, coordination with Infrastructure and Security, and post-incident learning

Drive onboarding, offboarding, and asset lifecycle quality across the employee lifecycle, in partnership with People, Security, and Facilities

Report on service health and transformation progress to IT leadership with data, not anecdotes

Set the Technical Standard

Act as the Senior technical escalation lead for macOS, Windows, MDM systems (Kandji, Intune), IAM (Okta), Google Workspace, Slack, AV conference equipment (Zoom Rooms, Neat, Google Meet), networking, and LLM administration console management.

Own runbooks, troubleshooting methodology, and technical standards, and ensure the team actually adopts them

Partner with Infrastructure, Security, and IT Operations on cross-functional issues, access governance, and endpoint compliance

Stay hands-on: take escalations, ship fixes, and keep your own technical credibility current

Build the AI-Native Service Desk (Tier 0)

Own the Tier-0 roadmap: identify the highest-volume, lowest-value request categories and design them out of existence through self-service, knowledge, and automation

Govern the knowledge base as a product: ownership, quality standards, review cycles, and structure fit for both human readers and AI grounding

Build and oversee automations that remove entire ticket classes (Make.com, scripting, ITSM-native automation), with measured impact

Develop, evaluate, and improve AI-assisted support workflows; define how the team validates AI output and handles its failure modes

Make the team AI-native by default: AI fluency is a baseline for every engineer, and building with AI is a shared responsibility rather than a side project

What You Have

Required:

5+ years in IT Service Desk/Support at 500+ employee companies, including 2+ years leading a Service Desk team

Led a distributed or multi-region team, or supported a global user base across time zones

Ran a service against defined KPIs (CSAT, SLA, time-to-fulfillment, self-service rate) and improved them measurably

Hands-on depth across macOS and Windows, with admin-level MDM (Kandji, Intune, Jamf) and IAM (Okta, Entra ID) experience, including lifecycle workflows

Owned or configured an ITSM platform (JSM, ServiceNow, Freshservice, Zendesk, or an AI-native equivalent)

Evidence of building, not just using: an automation, AI-assisted workflow, scripted process, or knowledge base engineered for self-service or AI. Daily AI fluency is a baseline.

Led incidents or rollouts end-to-end, including communication with executives and non-technical stakeholders

Clear communicator and coach: professional fluency in English

Nice to Have:

Successfully deployed an AI-driven support solution (e.g., virtual agents, intelligent routing, automated triage)

Proven track record driving Tier-0/self-service initiatives or navigating complex ITSM platform migrations

Background operating within cloud-native or SaaS-focused technology environments

Proficiency with workflow automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n) and scripting environments (Python, Bash, PowerShell, AppleScript)

Administrative experience with core enterprise systems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, OpenAI, and Anthropic

Strong grounding in ITIL or comparable IT service management best practices

B.Sc. or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related technical field

Referral from a current AppsFlyer team member

AppsFlyer is known for its massive backend production. At any given moment thousands of servers are consuming 200+ billion mobile app events daily, crunching our users' data, serving requests, and communicating on a massive scale. To achieve such scale, our data & microservice architecture is built with the best and latest cutting-edge technologies such as Node.js, Go, Kafka, GraphQL, Neo4j, Redis, BigQuery, AWS, and many more…
The SaaSLab group is part of the AFOS (AppsFlyer Operating System) unit which owns the SaaS platform and control plane of AppsFlyer — the foundational layer that manages users, accounts, billing, API gateway, authentication, permissions, and business integrations. SaaSLab's systems serve as the backbone for every product and feature at AppsFlyer, handling millions of API calls daily and supporting thousands of enterprise customers worldwide.
We are looking for an exceptional Team Leader to lead the Domain Team within SaaSLab. The Domain Team owns AppsFlyer's core entities — accounts, apps, and users — as well as the onboarding experience. This is a foundational domain that every other product and team at AppsFlyer depends on. You will drive the technical execution and architectural evolution of these systems while ensuring their reliability and scalability as AppsFlyer continues to grow.
The position requires a strong hands-on engineering leader with a solid architectural mindset, experience owning platform-level services, and the ability to balance day-to-day team leadership with long-term technical direction.

AppsFlyer processes 150+ billion events across its platform, and our Web Attribution team is at the center of extending that power beyond mobile. We build the product that shows advertisers which campaigns really drive results on the web. We attribute every web user journey, from first click to conversion, across thousands of apps and billions of sessions. We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to own the technical direction of our pipelines. You'll be the team's go-to data engineering expert and a key knowledge holder: the person the team turns to for Spark, data modeling, and the hardest pipeline problems. You'll lead the team's design work and work closely with the team lead on planning and technical priorities. You'll shape the product that advertisers and marketers rely on every day.

What you’ll do

Build & Own End-to-End Pipelines: Build and improve pipelines that process billions of web events (sessions, in-app events, conversions) with strict freshness and accuracy SLAs, from ingestion through distributed processing to the serving layer.

Lead Design & Architecture: Own the technical design of the team's pipelines, from spec to production. Write design docs, review the team's designs, and make the key trade-offs, such as what runs in SQL and what runs in Spark. Work with the group's architects on cross-team designs.

Drive Technical Planning: Work with the team lead on the roadmap, planning, and priorities. Break large projects into clear deliverables. Represent the team in technical discussions with Product, R&D, and partner teams. Own production incidents end-to-end and turn them into lasting fixes.

What you have

6+ years in Data / Big Data Engineering, including building and running production systems at scale.

B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.

Deep, hands-on Apache Spark experience: you understand execution plans, partitioning, and memory management, and you know how to debug skew and performance problems at scale.

Deep experience with a cloud analytical warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks SQL) as both a processing and serving layer. BigQuery is a strong advantage.

A proven track record in data-system design: you've written design docs, made trade-offs between cost, latency, and correctness, and taken designs all the way to production.

Experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow) and cloud environments at production scale. GCP preferred.

Strong programming fundamentals: clean, testable, production-grade code. Scala preferred; Python for orchestration.

A natural instinct for data quality: you think about edge cases, dedup logic, and "what happens when this field is null" before anyone asks.

Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily engineering work, and a clear view of where AI helps data engineering and where it doesn't.

Bonus points

Experience building or maintaining attribution / AdTech data systems.

Advanced Scala or functional programming experience.

Experience with attribution models (last-click, multi-touch, view-through).

Experience with SQL-based transformation frameworks (Dataform, dbt) or data-mesh / data-product platforms.

Experience with Kafka or streaming systems.

Experience running LLMs or ML pipelines in production.

Being introduced by an AppsFlyer team member

Basic understanding of data infrastructure and pipelines (how data flows from product/engineering systems into dashboards and BI tools) - enough to spot where automation or better data can remove manual work

A hands-on, figure-it-out-yourself mentality - comfortable prototyping a solution, testing a tool, or building a lightweight dashboard rather than just spec'ing it for someone else

About Us:
AppsFlyer helps the world's leading brands understand what their marketing is actually doing. Our measurement, analytics and audience platform processes billions of events a day for customers who need to separate what works from what only looks like it works. We were built by people who came out of the industry we serve, and staying close to that problem is still how we operate.
Measurement is being rebuilt right now. Platform privacy changes, the shift from deterministic attribution toward incrementality and modelling, and AI moving from a product feature to the way marketing decisions actually get made. All of it lands on our roadmap and on our customers' desks at the same time. Greater China is where it plays out fastest.
About the role:
GCR is AppsFlyer's largest market in Asia and one of the most competitive measurement markets in the world. The General Manager owns the full regional P&L: revenue, margin, people, product relevance and market position. You'll set the strategy, build and hold the leadership team, and be the face of AppsFlyer to customers, platforms, partners, media and regulators in China.
This is a defend-and-grow mandate. The business is established and the brand is known. Growth from here comes from deepening our largest accounts, winning the outbound motion as Chinese apps and brands scale overseas, and making sure the platform solves the measurement problems Chinese marketers actually have.
What you'll do:

Own the full regional P&L: revenue, margin, and budget against plan

Set multi-year regional strategy: which verticals and segments to prioritise, resource, or walk away from

Build and lead a regional leadership team spanning revenue, customer engagement, partnerships and marketing, and grow the bench beneath them

Drive business transformation, leading the team into an AI-native organisation

Hold executive and board-level relationships at our largest customers, and get personally involved in the deals that set the region's trajectory

Negotiate strategic partnerships with major platforms, agencies and channel partners in China

Represent AppsFlyer publicly in China: press, industry forums, and conferences

Own the product agenda for GCR: identify where the platform falls short for local customers, build the case, and drive it through global product and engineering

Ensure full regulatory, data and labour compliance in partnership with Legal, Finance and People

What you'll bring:

15+ years of commercial leadership, including at least 5 years owning a country or regional P&L

Accountability for a sizable recurring-revenue business and a multi-function organisation of 100+ people.

Track record of growing and managing a $100M+ business, across several segments.

Enterprise SaaS, adtech, martech or platform experience

Experience owning both sides of the revenue equation: acquisition and retention

Experience leading an organization through structural change: merging functions, redrawing reporting lines, or integrating teams

A track record of hiring, developing and retaining top talent

Deep working knowledge of the China market: regulatory and data environment, business culture, and how deals actually close

Established relationships across the China mobile ecosystem: platforms, agencies, or large app publishers

Native Mandarin and business-fluent English

Bonus points:

Experience with the outbound motion: Chinese apps, games or brands scaling into overseas markets

Direct negotiation history with major Chinese platforms

Background in gaming, e-commerce, fintech or other high-velocity consumer app verticals

Experience carrying a business from growth stage into a mature defend-and-grow phase

Technical or product background

MBA or equivalent advanced degree

As a global company operating across five continents, we reflect the human mosaic of the diverse and multicultural world in which we live. We ensure equal opportunities for all of our employees and promote the recruitment of diverse talent to our global teams without consideration of race, gender, culture, or sexual orientation. We value and encourage curiosity, diversity, and innovation from all our employees, customers, and partners
