Software Engineer

<h3>Why this role exists</h3>
Our web experience is a company asset, owned and managed by marketing. It is a strategic growth platform and our most effective engine for brand, demand, customer engagement and education, and revenue.
We are hiring a Web Strategy and Execution Lead to run it that way. This is not a website management role. It is an ownership role for a commercial platform, accountable for what the asset returns to the business.
You will set the strategy for how our web estate earns attention, converts intent, educates customers, and contributes pipeline and revenue. You will then build, test, and ship against that strategy on a permanent cycle.
<h3>Primary accountability</h3>
Increase the commercial contribution of our web estate through strategy, customer experience, conversion optimization, content, search, technology, and continuous experimentation.
<h3>What you will own</h3>
<h4>Web strategy and development</h4>
<ul>
<li>Own the strategy and roadmap for our web estate, tied directly to commercial outcomes rather than page count or release volume.</li>
<li>Define what the platform is for by audience and stage, from first exposure through evaluation, purchase, onboarding, and ongoing customer engagement.</li>
<li>Make the case for investment with a clear view of cost, return, and opportunity cost. Prioritize ruthlessly and be willing to retire what does not perform.</li>
<li>Build the operating rhythm: intake, prioritization, delivery, measurement, and iteration.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Conversion and growth</h4>
<ul>
<li>Own conversion performance end to end, from traffic quality through to qualified pipeline and revenue contribution.</li>
<li>Run a continuous experimentation program with a live hypothesis backlog, clear success criteria, and honest read-outs on what did not work.</li>
<li>Optimize the full journey rather than isolated pages: entry points, navigation, forms, demo and trial flows, self-serve routes, and handoffs to sales and e-commerce.</li>
<li>Partner with demand generation on campaign landing experiences, personalization, and lead quality.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Content and search</h4>
<ul>
<li>Own the search strategy across search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), and generative engine optimization (GEO), so we are found and cited in traditional search and in AI-generated answers.</li>
<li>Build the technical, structural, and content foundations that support discoverability at scale: information architecture, schema, site performance, internal linking, and content governance.</li>
<li>Work with brand, product marketing, and content to turn our domain expertise into web content that ranks, converts, and holds up to scrutiny from a compliance audience.</li>
<li>Track share of visibility against the categories we intend to lead.</li>
</ul>
<h4>User experience and customer experience</h4>
<ul>
<li>Be the advocate for the user inside the business. Know the journeys, the friction, and the drop-off points, and be able to evidence all three.</li>
<li>Run continuous research and feedback loops: session analysis, user testing, surveys, and direct customer input.</li>
<li>Raise the quality bar on usability, accessibility, and performance across every device and market we serve.</li>
<li>Extend the experience beyond acquisition into onboarding, education, and existing-customer engagement.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Technology and execution</h4>
<ul>
<li>Own the web technology stack and the roadmap for it, including content management, testing and personalization tooling, analytics, and the integrations that connect web to our marketing and revenue systems.</li>
<li>Make build, buy, and partner decisions with a clear view of speed, cost, and long-term maintainability.</li>
<li>Manage agency and contractor relationships where we use them, and hold them to the same standards we hold ourselves to.</li>
<li>Work with information technology (IT), security, and data teams on privacy, consent, resilience, and compliance requirements.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Data and measurement</h4>
<ul>
<li>Define the measurement framework for the asset: the metrics that matter, how they connect to pipeline and revenue, and how we report them.</li>
<li>Build the instrumentation and attribution needed to make that framework trustworthy, in partnership with marketing operations and data.</li>
<li>Turn analysis into decisions. Every significant change should have a hypothesis behind it and a read-out after it.</li>
<li>Give the wider business a clear, regular view of how the platform is performing commercially.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Who you will work with</h3>
This role sits at the center of the marketing organization and reaches across the company.
<ul>
<li>Marketing leadership. Align the web roadmap to the overall marketing strategy and investment case.</li>
<li>Product marketing. Translate positioning, messaging, and launches into web experiences that convert.</li>
<li>Demand generation. Deliver the conversion layer for campaigns, and improve lead quality as well as lead volume.</li>
<li>Brand. Protect and build the brand experience online, and grow our share of visibility in the categories we want to own.</li>
<li>Product. Connect the marketing site to the product experience, including trials, self-serve, and in-product education.</li>
<li>Sales. Understand what turns web interest into qualified conversations, and close the gap between the two.</li>
<li>Customer success. Extend the platform into customer education, engagement, and retention.</li>
<li>People. Support the employer brand and the candidate experience on our careers pages.</li>
<li>IT and data. Keep the stack secure, compliant, well-integrated, and well-instrumented.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What you will bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Significant experience owning a commercial web estate in a business-to-business (B2B) technology, software as a service (SaaS), or FinTech environment.</li>
<li>A track record of measurable commercial improvement: conversion rate, pipeline contribution, revenue, or self-serve growth, with the numbers to evidence it.</li>
<li>Depth across conversion rate optimization and experimentation, including how to design a test, size an opportunity, and interpret a result honestly.</li>
<li>Strong command of search in its current form, including how AI-driven answer engines are changing discovery and what that means for content and technical strategy.</li>
<li>Fluency with modern web technology and analytics, enough to make good architecture and tooling decisions and to hold technical partners to account.</li>
<li>Experience leading through influence across marketing, product, sales, and engineering stakeholders.</li>
<li>Comfort operating as both the strategist and the person who ships.</li>
</ul>
<h3>How you will work</h3>
<ul>
<li>Innovative and future thinking. You look ahead of the current playbook and are already testing what comes next.</li>
<li>Commercially minded. You think in return on investment, not activity, and can defend your priorities in commercial terms.</li>
<li>Customer obsessed. You start with the user, and you can describe their journey in detail because you have watched it.</li>
<li>Data driven. You form hypotheses, test them, and change your mind when the evidence says so.</li>
<li>A strong strategic thinker. You can hold a two-year view of the platform and explain it clearly.</li>
<li>An excellent executor. Strategy without shipping does not count. You move quickly and finish things.</li>
<li>Influential. You bring stakeholders with you without needing authority over them.</li>
<li>Growth minded. You seek feedback, share credit, and treat failed tests as information rather than embarrassment.</li>
<li>Permanently experimental. The site is never finished, and you would not want it to be.</li>
</ul>
We especially like people who are obsessed by users, journeys, hypotheses, experiments, prioritization, conversion, data, and outcomes.
<h3>What success looks like in the first year</h3>
<ul>
<li>A clear, funded, and agreed strategy for the web estate, with the commercial case behind it.</li>
<li>A measurement framework the business trusts, and regular reporting against it.</li>
<li>A live experimentation program with a consistent cadence and documented learnings.</li>
<li>Demonstrable improvement in conversion and commercial contribution against an agreed baseline.</li>
<li>Improved visibility in both traditional search and AI-generated answers for our priority categories.</li>
</ul>
Benefits:
<ul>
<li>Equity as we want you to have a part of what we are building</li>
<li>Unlimited Time Off Policy- A work-life balance and focus on our well-being are critical to keeping us performing at our best</li>
<li>Annual learning budget to drive your performance and career development</li>
<li>Budget to set up your home office upon joining</li>
<li>Parental leave and childcare benefits</li>
<li>Life Insurance to protect your loved ones</li>
<li>Medical (100%), Dental (90%), and Vision (80%) contribution</li>
<li>Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to allow you to use tax free dollars for healthcare or day care related expenses</li>
<li>401k Contribution</li>
<li>Financial Perks (Support with student loan, PerkSpot discounts, Pet Insurance discounts, Travel assistance&nbsp;</li>
<li>Pre-Tax transit benefits</li>

Web Strategy & Optimization Manager

<h3>The Role</h3>
We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for our Platform and Data portfolio, the infrastructure, identity, data and entity-resolution capabilities that power everything else we build, from real-time screening to agentic case remediation. This portfolio includes our migration tooling, which helps customers move off legacy systems onto our Mesh platform, and our emerging agentic and AI capabilities.
You will report to the VP of Product Marketing and be one of two Product Marketing hires building out a newly-forming function. You'll partner closely with the Product Directors who own Platform and Data, translating a strategically-driven, technical roadmap into a competitive narrative and market presence - work that's as much about explaining how we're built and why that matters as it is about a single buyer-facing feature launch.
You'll also be the primary product marketing voice for our US market, our fastest-growing region and own website content and co-marketing with the technology and identity-verification partners that integrate with our platform, alongside competitive intelligence shared across the wider Product Marketing team.
We run a structured, phased launch process that's still evolving - you'll help shape it as you go, deciding what's genuinely differentiated and worth a moment, and what ships quietly as a release note.
This role has no direct reports today. It is a hands-on, individual-contributor role reporting into the VP, with real ownership from day one and room to grow into more scope as the Product Marketing team and the Platform &amp; Data portfolio mature.
<h3>What You Will Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own product marketing for Platform &amp; Data. You are responsible for positioning, messaging, launch execution and enablement for this portfolio, from early roadmap conversations through GA and beyond.</li>
<li>Tell the data and platform story. Translate a strategically-driven, technical roadmap - set by the VP Product and Product Directors into a narrative that Sales, analysts and prospects actually understand: why the platform and data layer matter, not just the products built on top of them.</li>
<li>Own the migration narrative. Partner with the Migration Tooling squad to build the story and assets that help prospects and customers move off legacy systems onto our platform.</li>
<li>Lead launches end to end. Decide what earns a flagship moment versus what ships quietly, and own the launch plan, messaging and positioning brief for the releases that matter most.</li>
<li>Own website and partner marketing. Run day-to-day ownership of complyadvantage.com content and co-marketing with the technology and identity-verification partners that integrate with our platform.</li>
<li>Contribute to competitive intelligence and win-loss. This is shared across the Product Marketing team for now - you'll help build the muscle until we have dedicated coverage.</li>
<li>Represent the US market. You're the voice of our fastest-growing region in company positioning, partnering closely with US sales leadership.</li>
<li>Partner with Product without owning their roadmap. You influence priorities through evidence - buyer feedback, competitive dynamics, win-loss signal — not through authority. You operate as a peer to Product Directors, not a downstream recipient of their decisions.</li>
<li>Use AI in your own work. We expect Product Marketing to use AI-assisted workflows for research synthesis, competitive analysis, and first-draft positioning and content. This is how we work, not an aspiration.</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We Are Looking For</h3>
<h3>Essential:</h3>
<ul>
<li>5-8 years of overall professional experience, including 2-4+ years in product marketing</li>
<li>Experience at a high-growth, multi-product technology company. Comfortable marketing a portfolio, not a single product</li>
<li>Demonstrated ownership of a launch or major narrative/content project end to end - positioning, enablement and go-to-market — with general guidance rather than close oversight</li>
<li>Strong independence and autonomy, with good judgment about when to run with something and when to escalate</li>
<li>Ability to translate technical, infrastructure-level product capability into a narrative that non-technical audiences — Sales, prospects, analysts — can use</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li>
<li>Comfort operating in a regulated, technical B2B environment, translating product and engineering input into content a commercial audience can act on</li>
<li>Demonstrable AI adoption in your own working practice and already using it to work differently, not just interested in it</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred:</h3>
<ul>
<li>5-7+ years specifically in product marketing</li>
<li>Experience in fintech, security, or identity markets</li>
<li>Experience marketing AI or agentic tools, platforms, or features</li>
<li>Experience marketing technical or infrastructure/data products, translating engineering-level capability into commercial narrative</li>
<li>Familiarity with win-loss and competitive intelligence practices</li>
<li>Experience owning or contributing to company website content</li>
<li>Experience with partner marketing or co-marketing programs</li>
</ul>
<h3>What Success Looks Like</h3>
<ul>
<li>At 60 days: You understand the Platform and Data portfolio, the migration narrative, and our partner ecosystem. You've built working relationships with the Product Directors for Platform and Data, US sales leadership, and the other Product Marketing Lead, and can articulate what's differentiated in this portfolio and why it matters.</li>
<li>At 4 months: You are running launches independently through the tiered model for at least one product area. Website content and partner co-marketing have a clear owner and cadence, and you're contributing real signal to the team's competitive intelligence and win-loss picture.</li>
<li>At 8 months: You can point to a measurable result from your work — a launch that moved the needle, a partner motion generating real pipeline, or a narrative that's changed how Sales sells the platform. You're a trusted voice in US market planning and operating at a level that could reasonably take on more scope as the team grows.</li>
</ul>
Benefits:
<ul>

<li>Pre-Tax transit benefits</li>

Senior Product Marketing Manager - Platform & Data

Start your tech sales career with people who actually want to teach you.&nbsp;
We’re hiring early-career folks who are curious, coachable, and ready to learn how modern enterprise sales really works. You don’t need a sales background — you need to be sharp, willing to pick up the phone, and excited to build something. We’ll handle the rest.&nbsp;
The role, in plain terms&nbsp;
You’ll be the first person from ComplyAdvantage that a potential customer talks to. That means researching companies, figuring out who the right person to reach is, and then actually reaching out — by phone, email, LinkedIn, or in person at industry events — to book a meeting with one of our account executives. It’s the front door of the sales process, and it matters.&nbsp;
It’s also the role where most great enterprise sales careers begin.&nbsp;
What your day looks like&nbsp;
You’ll spend your time researching accounts and forming a real point of view on what’s happening in their world, then reaching out to senior decision-makers at companies. You’ll work inbound leads that come in, dig into what those prospects actually need, and prep meetings so your account executives walk in ready. You’ll join industry events, build a personal brand on LinkedIn, and get smarter about financial crime, compliance, and regtech every single week.&nbsp;
What we’ll teach you&nbsp;
We’ve built a Go-To-Market team that takes training seriously — not as a one-week onboarding then sink-or-swim, but as an ongoing thing. You’ll learn a structured sales playbook that’s been refined over years, get coaching from experienced reps and managers, and build genuine expertise in a complex, interesting industry. The BDRs who do well here move into Account Executive, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations roles. We want this to be your launchpad.&nbsp;
You might be a great fit if&nbsp;
You’re naturally curious and like understanding how things work. You’re not afraid to start a conversation with someone senior — or you’re willing to get comfortable with it. You take feedback well and actually apply it. You want to be good at something hard, and you’re patient enough to put in the reps. A background in sales isn’t required — strong candidates have come from hospitality, retail, campus leadership, athletics, customer service, internships, and plenty of other places.&nbsp;
Basic qualifications&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>At least one (1) year of work experience in a sales, customer-facing, or professional role. Internships, part-time jobs, on-campus leadership roles, hospitality, retail, and customer service all count.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.</li>
</ul>
What’s in it for you?&nbsp;
<ul>

<li>Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to allow you to use tax free dollars for healthcare or day care related expenses</li>
<li>401k Contribution</li>
<li>Financial Perks (Financial Advice, PerkSpot discounts, Pet Insurance discounts, Travel assistance)</li>
<li>Pre-Tax transit benefits</li>
</ul>
Ready?&nbsp;
If you’ve read this far and something in it clicked, apply. We’d rather hear from someone who’s curious and a little nervous than someone who’s perfectly polished.&nbsp;
The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $67,000 + commission, equity, and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.<div class="content-conclusion">About us:

Sales Director, New Business EMEA
London (hybrid) · Commercial Sales · Full time
Build and lead the team that wins ComplyAdvantage's next generation of customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Who we are
Our values:
<ul>
<li>Make a safer world. Our mission is to neutralise financial crime and protect the global financial ecosystem.</li>
<li>Raise the bar. We are committed to constant improvement, pushing the limits of our AI technology and performance.</li>
<li>See it, own it, drive it forward. We empower our people to take initiative, identify opportunities, and execute solutions with full accountability.</li>
<li>Win as one team. Success is a collective effort; we collaborate across functions, hubs, and borders to achieve our goals.</li>
</ul>
ComplyAdvantage is the financial industry's leading source of AI powered financial crime risk data and detection technology. Our mission is to make a safer world by neutralising the risk of money laundering, terrorist financing, corruption, and other financial crimes.
More than 1,000 companies rely on us to understand who they're doing business with, powered by a global, real time database of people and companies. Our solutions surface thousands of risk events daily from millions of structured and unstructured data points.
We have five global hubs: New York, London, Singapore, Lisbon, and Cluj-Napoca. We are backed by Goldman Sachs, Ontario Teachers, Index Ventures, and Balderton Capital.
The opportunity
EMEA is a critical growth region for ComplyAdvantage, and it needs a sales leader to build the engine that scales it.
We're looking for a Sales Director to run our new business function across the region: converting pipeline through a team of four Account Executives (AEs) and carrying the number for new logo acquisition across EMEA.
You'll report to the VP of Sales, with your 6 AEs reporting into you. This is a "see it, own it, drive it forward" role: you're not inheriting a fixed playbook, you're building the team, the standards, and the operating rhythm that will define how ComplyAdvantage wins new business in the region for years to come.
What you'll be doing
Own the new business number for EMEA. Carry accountability for new logo acquisition across the region, from qualified pipeline through to closed won revenue. Drive average deal value up through stronger qualification and multithreading, and identify opportunities across our product suite, including transaction monitoring, agentic AI, and ongoing screening.
Build and lead the team. Recruit exceptional AEs, and sell them on the mission, you are part of what they're choosing. Coach in a way that builds independent operators rather than dependence: develop your team through data led feedback, regular development planning, and a player coach presence on live deals, while giving people the room to work things out for themselves.
Build the regional operating rhythm. Stand up the standards that let the function scale in EMEA: qualification criteria, territory planning, accurate forecasting, and pipeline and CRM hygiene, alongside onboarding and enablement paths built specifically for a new business motion.
Win as one team across functions and geographies. Partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Enterprise to ensure your AEs are resourced with a quality pipeline, and maintain a feedback loop to Product and to our global commercial leadership so EMEA's insights shape the wider go to market strategy. Adopt and help refine the AI assisted tools and workflows being built centrally, adapting them to what works for the region.&nbsp;
Represent EMEA in the room. Engage senior decision makers at fintechs, payment companies, banks, and credit unions across the region, and act as ComplyAdvantage's voice in strategic regional conversations.
What you'll bring
We're looking for a builder with commercial range, someone who can carry a new business number and stand up the team and system that produce it.
<ul>
<li>Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in SaaS, cloud, fintech, or regtech, with the instincts of a player coach.</li>
<li>A track record of building or scaling a new business function, including hiring, ramping, and coaching AEs.</li>
<li>A track record of instilling strong pipeline generation discipline within an AE team, holding them accountable to self sourced outbound activity.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Value based selling and qualification rigour: you map solutions to real business pain, and you're comfortable qualifying out when the pain or the champion isn't there.</li>
<li>Live and breathe MEDDIC, embedding it into the team's sales process and holding the team accountable to its consistent execution.</li>
<li>A coaching philosophy that develops independent operators, you give people space to figure things out, with the inspection cadence to keep them on track.</li>
<li>Comfort with ambiguity and a fast changing environment: proactive, resilient, and entrepreneurial.</li>
<li>The credibility to engage senior decision makers at fintechs, payment companies, banks, and credit unions, and to represent EMEA in strategic discussions with global leadership.</li>
<li>Data fluency: you run the business on clean numbers, forecast accurately, and make territory and prioritisation decisions analytically.</li>
<li>A commitment to raise the bar and win as one team, demonstrating the cultural attributes needed to thrive in a high growth, collaborative environment.</li>
</ul>
What's in it for you
<ul>
<li>Equity, as we want you to have a part of what we are building.</li>
<li>Unlimited Time Off Policy to support a healthy balance between work and life, and overall wellbeing.</li>
<li>Annual learning budget to support your professional growth.</li>
<li>Budget to set up your home office upon joining.</li>
<li>Enhanced parental leave and childcare benefits.</li>
<li>Life insurance and medical coverage through BUPA, including pre existing conditions.</li>
<li>Pension contribution through The People's Pension.</li>
</ul>

Payroll Specialist

ComplyAdvantage has an opening for an E-Commerce Support Specialist to join its E-commerce team on a six-month contract. This role owns the end-to-end account provisioning process, ensuring new customers gain immediate access to their environment and that access is promptly removed when accounts churn. It's an opportunity to bring structure to a manual, evolving workflow and help lay the groundwork for full automation. Why This Role Exists
<ul>
<li>Our E-commerce program currently lacks a fully automated method for managing the environment lifecycle. Currently, creating environments for new customers, providing instant access for trial members, and deactivating environments when customers churn are manual processes.</li>
<li>This role exists to bridge the gap between our current manual state and a fully automated future. The Account Provisioning Contractor will own the end-to-end manual provisioning process, ensuring new users get immediate value and that security is maintained by promptly removing access for canceled accounts.</li>
</ul>
What You Will Do
<ul>
<li>This is an operational role focused on the E-commerce customer journey. You are responsible for the "first-mile" and "last-mile" of the customer experience: getting them into their environment quickly and ensuring access is revoked accurately when they leave.</li>
<li>You will be the primary point of contact for provisioning-related support, ensuring that if a customer hits a snag gaining access, you are there to resolve it.</li>
</ul>
Primary Responsibilities
<ol>
<li>Environment Provisioning &amp; Deactivation</li>
<ul>
<li>Manually create and configure environments for new E-commerce trial members and paying customers to ensure immediate access.</li>
<li>Monitor customer churn and trial cancellations to immediately deactivate environments, preventing unauthorized access.</li>
<li>Ensure the trial experience is seamless, allowing new members to access their environments without delay.</li>
</ul>
<li>Provisioning Support &amp; Troubleshooting</li>
<ul>
<li>Act as the functional expert for account access issues, responding to customer inquiries when they cannot reach their environments.</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve technical blockers in the provisioning flow using internal tools.</li>
<li>Coordinate with engineering and support teams to escalate and resolve systemic access bugs.</li>
</ul>
<li>Process Documentation &amp; AI Integration</li>
<ul>
<li>Document the manual "tribal knowledge" required for provisioning to create repeatable playbooks.</li>
<li>Use AI tooling to draft communications for customers regarding their account status and access instructions.</li>
<li>Identify repetitive tasks within the provisioning lifecycle that are candidates for future automation.</li>
</ul>
<li>Identify potential competitors &amp; partners</li>
<ul>
<li>Flag potential competitors and partners requesting trial access, either denying access or routing the request to the appropriate internal team.</li>
</ul>
</ol>
Tooling Environment
This is an ever-evolving position; you will need to be comfortable learning and switching between various platforms as the product matures.
<ul>
<li>Mesh: Used for core account provisioning and environment management capabilities.</li>
<li>Pylon: For managing support tickets and access-related inquiries.</li>
<li>Gainsight: To track customer health, churn signals, and trial status.</li>
<li>AI Layer (Gemini/Claude): Used to automate drafting and analyze provisioning data.</li>
</ul>
What Success Looks Like
At 7 Days:&nbsp;
<ul>
<ul>
<li>Full proficiency in Mesh and its environment-handling capabilities is demonstrated.</li>
<li>Successfully managing all incoming provisioning and deactivation requests with zero backlog.</li>
<li>Handling all support inquiries related to account access independently.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
At 15 Days:&nbsp;
<ul>
<ul>
<li>Measurable reduction in the time between a trial sign-up and environment availability.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
At 30 Days:&nbsp;
<ul>
<ul>
<li>Provisioning workflows are consistently meeting internal speed benchmarks.</li>
<li>Contribution of data and process mapping has directly informed the requirements for the automated provisioning engine.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience: Technical support or operations background with an understanding of user lifecycle management.</li>
<li>Technical Aptitude: Comfort working across multiple SaaS applications and an instinct for how tools should integrate.</li>
<li>Communication: Strong written English for professional customer-facing support and documentation.</li>
<li>Mindset: Highly organized and process-oriented; you enjoy building systems out of manual chaos.</li>
</ul>
The base salary range for this role is 30,000-35,000 RON (for the 6 months contract), equity, and benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.<div class="content-conclusion">About us:

E-Commerce Support Specialist

<h3>Build the global operating engine behind world-class growth</h3>
Marketing doesn't scale by accident. It scales through exceptional operations, world-class insights, smart technology and outstanding leadership.
We're looking for a Global Director of Marketing Operations to define, build and lead a best-in-class Marketing Operations function that powers the next stage of our growth.
This is a rare opportunity to shape how a global B2B SaaS organisation plans, executes, measures and optimises marketing. You'll own the strategy, build the capability and create the operating model that enables high-performing teams across every region.
This isn't about inheriting a finished function. It's about setting the vision, building an exceptional global team and creating the systems, processes, insights and technology that become a competitive advantage for the business.
If you believe Marketing Operations should sit at the heart of commercial decision-making, this is your opportunity to prove it.
<h3>What you'll own</h3>
You'll define and lead the global Marketing Operations strategy, ensuring every region operates with the same high standards while enabling local teams to move with speed and confidence.
Your remit will span:
<ul>
<li>Defining the global Marketing Operations vision, strategy and operating model that supports ambitious international growth</li>
<li>Building the planning and operating rhythms that connect global strategy with regional execution</li>
<li>Creating world-class marketing analytics, performance reporting and executive insight that influence business decisions at every level</li>
<li>Developing sophisticated attribution and measurement frameworks that connect marketing investment directly to pipeline, revenue and long-term customer value</li>
<li>Owning global marketing planning, forecasting and budget management, ensuring investment is aligned to commercial priorities</li>
<li>Leading the evolution of our global marketing technology ecosystem, creating a scalable, integrated platform that enables growth across every market</li>
<li>Driving the adoption of AI across Marketing Operations, identifying practical applications that improve productivity, decision-making, campaign effectiveness and customer experience</li>
<li>Establishing global standards for operational excellence, governance, process design and data quality</li>
<li>Partnering with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, Product and executive leadership to create a world-class global go-to-market operating model</li>
<li>Embedding a culture of experimentation, measurement and continuous optimisation across every marketing team worldwide</li>
</ul>
<h3>Build a team others benchmark against</h3>
This is as much a leadership opportunity as it is an operational one.
You'll recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing global Marketing Operations organisation, creating an environment where exceptional people can do the best work of their careers.
You'll define how the function is structured, how it partners with the business and the standards it becomes known for.
Our ambition is straightforward: build the best damn Marketing Operations function in SaaS.
<h3>Who you are</h3>
You're already operating at a senior level within Marketing Operations and have helped scale high-growth B2B SaaS businesses through operational excellence.
You think globally while executing pragmatically. You're commercially minded, deeply analytical and comfortable moving between board-level strategy discussions and the technical detail of marketing systems, attribution models or AI-enabled workflows.
You'll likely bring:
<ul>
<li>Significant leadership experience within Marketing Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS</li>
<li>Experience designing and leading global Marketing Operations functions across multiple regions and markets</li>
<li>Deep expertise in marketing strategy, operations, analytics, attribution, planning, forecasting and performance management</li>
<li>Strong commercial judgement with a proven ability to influence executive decision-making through insight and data</li>
<li>Experience owning substantial global marketing budgets and investment planning</li>
<li>A track record of building, developing and leading exceptional international teams through periods of rapid growth and transformation</li>
<li>Extensive experience with modern marketing technology, CRM platforms, automation, data architecture and operational design</li>
<li>Practical experience identifying and implementing AI capabilities that deliver measurable business impact</li>
<li>Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior executives across a global organisation</li>
<li>High standards, intellectual curiosity and a relentless focus on continuous improvement</li>
</ul>
<h3>Why join us?</h3>
This is a career-defining opportunity.
You'll shape how marketing operates globally. You'll influence executive strategy. You'll build an exceptional international team. You'll own the technology roadmap, redefine how marketing performance is measured and help lead the next generation of AI-enabled marketing capability.
Most importantly, you'll have the freedom, autonomy and backing to build something exceptional.
Not simply an efficient Marketing Operations function.
Build the team. Define the standards. Set the pace for an industry.
<h3>What’s in it for you?</h3>

Global Director, Marketing Operations

The Role
We are hiring a Product Marketing Lead to own product marketing for our Risk Applications and Enabling Services portfolio, the products our customers depend on for AML screening, transaction monitoring, payment screening, fraud detection, case management, and regulatory reporting. This is the largest and most active half of our product portfolio, with new products and features shipping continuously. You'll take ownership of each product wherever it is in its lifecycle.
You will report to the VP of Product Marketing and be one of two Product Marketing Leads building out a newly-forming function. This is a foundational hire, with real latitude to shape how product marketing operates at ComplyAdvantage. You will partner closely with the Product Director who owns this portfolio, translating a steady stream of product and feature launches into positioning, enablement and go-to-market execution that Sales and Customer Success actually use.
We run a structured, phased launch process that's still evolving and you'll help shape it as you go, deciding what's genuinely differentiated and worth a moment, and what ships quietly as a release note.
This role has no direct reports today. It is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants to own outcomes end to end rather than manage other people's output; someone who can take ambiguous input from Product and Sales and turn it into sharp positioning and a launch that lands, without needing a team underneath them to get there.
What You Will Do
Own product marketing for Risk Applications &amp; Enabling Services. You are responsible for positioning, messaging, launch execution and enablement for this portfolio, end to end, from early roadmap conversations through GA and beyond.
Take ownership of products at every stage. Some products in this portfolio are newly launched or launching soon; you'll pick up their ongoing positioning, enablement and buyer narrative rather than starting from a blank page, and build out what's missing.
Lead launches end to end. Decide what earns a flagship moment versus what ships quietly, and own the launch plan, messaging and positioning brief for the releases that matter most.
Build the enablement Sales actually uses. Sales decks, demos, battlecards and FAQs written from a real understanding of the buyer and competitive landscape, not templated from a brief.
Contribute to competitive intelligence and win-loss. This is shared across the Product Marketing team for now; you'll help build the muscle until we have dedicated coverage.
Represent UK/EMEA (and APAC in the interim) market context. You're the voice of our primary market in company positioning, even as we build out dedicated regional coverage over time.
Partner with Product without owning their roadmap. You influence priorities through evidence, buyer feedback, competitive dynamics, win-loss signal, not through authority. You operate as a peer to a Product Director, not a downstream recipient of their decisions.
Use AI in your own work. We expect Product Marketing to use AI-assisted workflows for research synthesis, competitive analysis, and first-draft positioning and content. This is how we work, not an aspiration.
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
<ul>
<li>7-10 years of overall professional experience, including 3-5+ years in product marketing</li>
<li>Experience at a high-growth, multi-product technology company; you understand what it means to market a portfolio, not a single product, and to prioritize across competing launches</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to own a launch end to end: positioning, sales enablement, messaging and go-to-market, without heavy oversight</li>
<li>Strong independence and autonomy: comfortable defining your own plan within a broader strategy rather than waiting for detailed direction</li>
<li>Proven ability to influence without authority: you can shape a Product Director's or sales leader's thinking through evidence and argument, not reporting lines</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication: able to translate complex, technical product capability into a sharp, buyer-relevant narrative</li>
<li>Comfort operating in a regulated, technical B2B environment, translating product and engineering input into content a commercial audience can act on</li>
<li>Demonstrable AI adoption in your own working practice; already using it to work differently, not just interested in it</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Experience in fintech, security, or identity markets</li>
<li>Experience marketing AI or agentic tools, platforms, or features</li>
<li>Experience marketing to multiple distinct buyer personas within the same portfolio</li>
<li>Familiarity with win-loss and competitive intelligence practices</li>
<li>Experience partnering with Sales on enterprise or upmarket motions</li>
</ul>
What Success Looks Like
At 60 days: You understand the Risk Applications and Enabling Services portfolio end to end, including any products that have recently launched or are approaching launch, and where our competitive and buyer knowledge has gaps. You've built working relationships with the Product Director for this portfolio, Sales leadership and Customer Success, and can articulate what's differentiated in our portfolio and why it matters to a buyer.
At 4 months: You are running launches independently through the tiered model. Your highest-priority products have positioning and a sales narrative that Sales trusts and uses, and your enablement materials are the ones reps actually reach for. You've built a first cut of the win-loss picture for your portfolio and can speak to it with data, not anecdote.
At 8 months: Your portfolio's go-to-market motion is measurably working; Sales can point to deals your positioning and enablement helped win. You're a trusted, senior voice in cross-functional planning for this portfolio, and you're operating at a level that could reasonably take on more scope as the team grows.
