Support integration planning including SSO, HRIS feeds, content integrations, API workflows, and AI data dependencies. Drive cross-functional alignment across Implementation, Technical Consultants, Client Success, Product, and Engineering teams, managing project scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the implementation lifecycle. Lead client enablement sessions and administrator training, including AI feature configuration and practical use case execution. Monitor implementation health, track success metrics, and ensure launch readiness, identifying opportunities for expanded services or additional platform adoption in partnership with Sales and Client Success.
