Define and execute the roadmap for consistent, on-brand menu presentation across owned channels (app, web, kiosk, in-store) and 3P marketplaces

Drive measurable improvements in 3P channel KPIs: order accuracy, menu uptime, partner SLA compliance, channel profitability, and guest satisfaction

Collaborate with Operations to manage menu complexity at the restaurant level, including Infinite Kitchen constraints, item availability, and 86'ing workflows

Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ship high-impact features on time

Stay ahead of industry trends in delivery marketplaces, menu personalization, and digital ordering—bringing innovative ideas to how we structure and merchandise our menu

Desired traits:

A systems thinker who can navigate complex integrations across POS, menu management platforms, and third-party marketplace APIs

A data-driven decision maker, comfortable defining success metrics, running experiments, and iterating based on results

A strong communicator, able to align stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and external partners on roadmap priorities and commercial requirements

A customer-obsessed builder who balances margin and operational reality with a seamless guest ordering experience

A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can drive clarity in a fast-paced environment, especially under contract or deal-driven deadlines

A collaborative partner who builds trust with cross-functional teams and external marketplace partners

Desired experience:

Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and partnering with Finance and data teams

Familiarity with restaurant, retail, or consumer tech industries preferred

Experience working with engineering teams on API integrations and technical requirements
