If you saw the company's confirmation page after you pressed Submit, yes: Greenhouse describes that page as the confirmation that the company received your application. A confirmation email is up to each company, and some don't send one. Here is how to check, from Greenhouse's own help pages.
After you press Submit, Greenhouse shows a confirmation page. Greenhouse says this page confirms that the company received your application.
Each company sets its own confirmation page, so the wording differs from one job board to the next.
Companies choose whether their Greenhouse job posts send a confirmation email, and some choose not to send one.
If you didn't get one, Greenhouse's advice is to contact the recruiting team at the company you applied to. It is also worth checking your spam folder.
Some Greenhouse forms ask you to enter a code from your email before they accept your application. Greenhouse says a candidate "may be asked to verify their email before submitting their application".
Until you enter that code and press Submit again, your application is not sent.
MyGreenhouse is Greenhouse's free account for job seekers, at my.greenhouse.com. Applying for a job doesn't create one: you sign up yourself.
It lists your applications to jobs hosted on Greenhouse. Applications sent through LinkedIn, Indeed or other sites, or with a different email address, may not appear.
It shows whether an application is active or inactive only when the company turns that on. Greenhouse marks an application inactive after the company rejects it, and does not notify you of the change.
Greenhouse processes applications for the companies that use it, and it does not share the status of any application. For questions about yours, Greenhouse says to contact the company you applied to.
